- Four decades of experience in the financial services sector, with multiple leadership positions at numerous large financial institutions
- Most recently served as Head of Banking for Barclays Europe
- Previously head of International M&A first at Credit Suisse and then at Merrill Lynch prior to joining Barclays in 2016, initially as Chairman of M&A
- In 2012 Mr. Calabria founded CMC Capital Limited, an investment banking boutique specialized in M&A and Debt restructuring
